OBITUARY
Brian J. Krieger passed away in Poughkeepsie, NY on December 28, 2021. He was 42 years old.
Brian was born on March 27, 1979 to Noreen Krieger and Robert J. Krieger in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Brian graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in biology and kinesiology. He worked at Aveo Pharmaceutical in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
He enjoyed fishing, hiking, hanging out with friends, watching the Yankees and Giants, and being with family.
Brian Krieger leaves behind his mother, Noreen, his aunts; Darlene, Jane and Julie, two uncles; Michael and Jim, cousins; Brad, Dave, Bridget, Laura, Emily, Michael, Joseph, Gary and Christopher, as well as his three nieces; Stephanie, Chelsee and Jenna, and two nephews; Keith and Eric.
Brian is finally at peace and joining his father, Robert J. Krieger, and his brothers Greg and Stewart Hanford.
Brian will be extremely missed by all of his friends and family. His absence will be felt year-round, but especially during the family's regular large gatherings which will be bereft of his stories, jokes, and warm presence.
There will be a Mass held at St. Mary's Church to remember Brian's life. The date and time will be announced at a later date.
