OBITUARY

Frances P. DiPolito, 95, of Wappingers Falls, NY passed away peacefully at her home on July 11, 2023. She was born in Wappingers Falls, June 9, 1928, to Rocco and Elvira DiPolito and resided here her entire life. Frances was employed at IBM in Poughkeepsie, in an administrative position. She was an active volunteer for the Village of Wappingers Falls, the Wappingers Falls Police Department, and the Mount Alvernia Retreat Center. She also had some political affiliations in the Village of Wappingers Falls. Frances was known to all as a very kind, giving, and generous person, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Predeceased by her sisters; Mary Terwilliger, Anna Jean DiPolito, and Clara Feola, she is solely survived by her nephew John Feola of Poughkeepsie, NY.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, 10:00 AM at St. Mary’s Church 11 Clinton St., Wappingers Falls, NY 12590. Cremation is private. Inurnment will follow on Thursday, July 20, 2023, 10:00 AM at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Wappingers Falls.
