OBITUARY
Frank A. Scianna, 60, of Wappingers Falls, NY, passed away peacefully at Vassar Brothers Hospital on December 22, 2023 under the loving care of his family and Hudson Valley Hospice. Frank was born on February 26, 1963, the son of Frank T. and Maria T. Scianna. Frank was a lifelong village of Wappingers Falls resident, went to Wappingers schools, and worked for the Village of Wappingers Falls Highway Department. Frankie enjoyed Fishing, his dogs, four wheeling, the outdoors, and cooking especially for others. Frank had a big heart and cared deeply about those around him.
Frank married Veronica Cea (Scianna) in 1992 and they welcomed the greatest joy of his life into the world; his son Nicholas L.Scianna (wife Melissa) who survives him. Nicholas stayed by his Fathers side during his illness, honoring his wishes and caring for him until the very end.
Frank is also survived by his Brother Thomas Scianna, and Sister Ramona Burger. Niece Kyra-lee Scianna. Brother-in-Law Frank Mullen. Great Nieces Brynn-Lee Scianna and Chelsea Scianna. Nephews Corey Mullen, Michael Scianna, Jonathan Welsh, and Paul Welsh. Great Nephew Corey Mullen Jr. and Domenick Mullen. Along with many Aunts, Uncles, and Friends.
Frank was predeceased by his parents Maria T. Scianna, November 16, 2005, Frank T. Scianna, December 31, 2000. Sister Lisa Scianna Mullen (Frank Mullen), November 23, 2018. Sister-in-law Michelle Fasce Scianna (Thomas Scianna), March 10, 2021. Nephews Ryan Burger February 25, 2014 and Thomas Scianna November 7, 2020.
