OBITUARY
Harold R. Conley, a 26 year resident of Wappingers Falls, and formerly of Beacon, entered into rest at his home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. He was 65.
Son of Sylvia (Conley) Long and the late Harold Conley, He was born on July 23, 1956 in Beacon, NY. On December 24, 1999 he married Tara (Lyons) in Wappingers Falls. Mrs. Conley survives at their home.
In addition to his wife, Harold is survived by his mother, Sylvia Long and step-father Daniel Long; his son, Harold Conley III and daughter Crystal Conley; grand children Caylee, Cassidy, Noelle, John, Jordan, Joshua, and Joseph; his siblings Sylvia Davis, Eugena Stropoli (Steve); and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Harold worked for Bottini Fuel for 44 years, until his retirement. He is mostly known for his love for riding dune buggies on Mount Beacon, working on cars, and enjoying time with his friends.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 4-7 PM at Delehanty Funeral Home, 64 East Main St., Wappingers Falls. Interment will be at 11 AM on Monday, December 6, 2021 at Wappingers Rural Cemetery, West Main St., Wappingers Falls.
