OBITUARY:
Josephine McCullough, a longtime Highland Falls resident and formerly of Brooklyn, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2026; at the age of 98. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on March 19, 1928, daughter of the late Raymundo and Maria Louisa (Rios) Diaz.
She loved her crafts of crocheting and painting.
Josephine was predeceased by her beloved husband, William J. McCullough Jr., on August 1, 2018. She was also predeceased by her son Thomas McCullough and her sister Carmen Diaz.
Josepine is survived by her son William J. McCullough, III; and her four daughters: Colleen Pfarr, Maureen Ferguson, Janet Dean, and Marie Dougherty. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
Her Family will gather for Committal Service 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 13th at the Orange County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, 111 Craigville Road, Goshen, New York.
