OBITUARY
Michael Rodack passed away in Poughkeepsie, NY on January 17 after a well-fought battle against Covid 19 complications. He was 88 years old.
He was born on October 21 1933. He was the son of Mary Belch Rodack and Michael Rodack.
Michael served three years in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean conflict. He was a life member of S.W. Johnson #2 Fire Company for 68 years. He was also a member of the Poughkeepsie Exempts Fireman Association. He retired from the Local 137 Operating Engineers after 33 years.
Michael was predeceased by his wife the former Helen Long Ginsberg. He is survived by his daughter Michelle Bresette and her husband Ronald of Aiken, South Carolina, two stepsons, Mark Ginsberg and his wife Kandy Ginsberg and Douglas Ginsberg and grandson Jeffrey Ginsberg of Wappingers Falls.
A funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church in Wappingers Falls on Tuesday, January 25 at 10 AM followed by a burial at Calvary Cemetery.
