Nevin Curtin

February 1, 1952 - October 25, 2024

Nevin Curtin, 72, of Wappingers Falls, passed away on October 25, 2024. Born in Iskenderun, Turkey, the daughter of late Sehabettin and Feryal Felah, Nevin was a woman of strength, creativity, and boundless love.

As a single mother, she raised her daughter with resilience, working tirelessly to provide a life filled with warmth, laughter, music and adventure. She was known for her hard work, dedicating much of her career to textiles before embracing farming, which became a passion she cherished deeply. Most recently, she worked at Amazon, where her work ethic and energy shone.

Nevin was a lively, adventurous spirit who loved hiking, volleyball, swimming, tennis, and horseback riding. She also had a deep love for the ocean, finding peace and happiness by the water. Her creativity extended to everything she touched—she was known for her unique fashion, her artsy spirit, her dancing shoes, and her quirky sense of humor.

She is survived by her son Ardi, her daughter Emily, with whom she shared her final years, and her beloved dog Mika. Nevin’s playful heart, fierce strength, and generous spirit will forever be remembered, guiding us with love and laughter.
