OBITUARY
Norma Place DeFelice died on December 11, 2020 at home. She was born on July 18, 1933 the daughter of the late Edward and Nellie Martin Place.
On May 5, 1962, Norma married Francis J. DeFelice who predeceased her in 2001.
Norma is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters Diana McKelvey and Helen Jane Gibbons, and a brother Robert Gosda.
At Norma’s request there will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday December 21, 2020 at 10 AM at St. Mary’s RC Church, Wappingers Falls, NY. Entombment will be in Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to St. Mary’s RC Church, Wappingers Falls, NY.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Delehanty Funeral Home, Inc.

My condolences on the passing of a really wonderful dedicated woman. I worked with Norma for years in Customer Service at Central Hudson Gas & Electric. Norma DeFelice was the mentor for hundreds of employees who strived to follow her example for excellent service to our customers.
May Norma rest in eternal peace with our Lord, surrounded by all the great people she cherished her on earth. Rest in peace Norma, your great work is complete.
