OBITUARY
Theresa Savas, Daughter of Charles and Alexandria Dounchis. Pre-deceased by her granddaughter Joanna Schepis. Survived by her daughter Irene Schepis of Medford NJ and her son Alex(Nancy) Savas of Poughkeepsie NY, as well as six grandchildren: Fred Schepis, Nicky Schepis, Nicholas Savas, Jonathan Savas, Stephen Savas, Emma Savas And six great grandchildren. Theresa in mid-life worked as a Proof Reader for a Publishing House and dedicated her life to raising her 2 children by herself and with great help and love from her parents. She was a lover of the classic films of Hollywood and a movie buff overall. She was really good at knowing the name of the famous person who was speaking in the voice-over in television commercials. As we watched television together and some commercial came on she would say: “ Alex, do you know whose voice that is ??? “ Theresa was an avid reader. She enjoyed reading books of fiction and great story telling. Overall Theresa loved the simple life of her home and her family.
