I was so shocked, and saddened to hear about the loss of Wendy. My heart goes out to each family member. Sincerely, Nancy Neice
Dear Thompson and Light Families, my deepest condolences. Wendy was my roommate for two years at Gordon College. I cannot adequately convey how much fun she was to live with. The laughs we had, the adventures we experienced, the bikes rides we took, the walks on the beach at the North Shore, the trips into Boston, and even the occasional study period - Wendy was just a beautiful human being inside and out.
I've often wished we could've met up again. I would get occasional updates on her life when her Aunt Lois and my Aunt Solveig talked. I would ask about her.
My memories of my time with Wendy always brings a smile to my face. May my Friend…
Loving prayers of comfort and peace. Sincere condolences to you Laila and your family. Love, Toni
Safe in the arms of Jesus. I will miss you but you are forever imprinted on my heart. Mom
